ghostly stack blocks

aaaarrghhh! I had a couple of blocks in a stack, which I have subsequently deleted, leaving a couple of blocks remaining in the stack. The trouble is, when I am not viewing the page in edit mode (ie normal viewer), those blocks I deleted are still displaying! They're not there in edit mode, and they're not there in the stack, and the page has been published. Where are they coming from???? How do I get rid of them?

Have you tried clearing the cache in the 'Sitewide settings' ?

Yes I just tried that, even though cache is turned OFF because I'm still developing - somehow I'm still seeing it ...

This is just a guess but I wonder if you are seeing an issue relating to the "version" of the page you are working on. AFAIK while in edit more you always see the most recent version, which could be why you are seeing a different one. Possibly the one you are seeing out of edit mode is the "approved version" not the most recent? Anyhow, just a guess, but maybe that will give you something to look at.

no that was one of the first things I checked ... the next thing I'm going to try is deleting the stack from the page, then delete the stack altogether, then recreate the stage and place it on the page again. I've already tried deleting the stack from the page and placing it on there again, and that didn't make any difference.

Ugly bug. Yes, after I deleted a block from the stack, when I was in edit mode it didn't show up. But get out of edit mode and it is still there. The ONLY fix was to delete the stack altogether. The description is good. There is a ghost block in the stack.

I've just come across this issue.

Deleting the Stack on the page in edit mode reappeared again after publishing and existing edit mode. I deleted the Stack altogether which worked but has left the surrounding div container, which I have styled with a border and background colour, so I'm left with an empty slice on the page.

Is there a work around? Was there ever a bug made for this?

Was this ever fixed?

I seem to be having this same problem on my first Concrete site. :(
