HELP! I changed to 'sign in by email address' now 'admin' cannot log in...
I know this is probably a really stupid thing to have done but I have set -up a site and before going to put it up on the live server I created my user groups and checked the checkbox that says "allow users to sign in with email address" .
Now I cannot sign in as 'admin'
which means I have no access at all as I am the only user.
How can I change this back as it must be in the data somewhere? I am trying to get the site live today and am now freaking out as I am completely stuck.
Your help and assistance will be appreciated.

Hello again,
I am really in a quandary here; I am using Bitnami on my computer to build the site and Bitnami is using version 5.6.3.1 of Concrete 5.
Firstly as a novice I am finding the file structure hard to interpret as Bitnami appears to be putting everything into C:\Bitnami\concrete5-5.6.3.1-1\apps\concrete5
However, the files and folders in there are mostly empty. (I was used to working with Joomla) this is my first major foray into Concrete 5 and I feel I have really screwed it up. I can see my site but cannot work out where all the files are.
I have tried sending an email to the email address associate with the admin account but am instructed that the email address doesn't exist.
I tried following this page that was linked in a previous reply:http://www.concrete5.org/documentation/how-tos/developers/recoverin...
However I tried method 1 and as I am using it on a local server I tried looking on MySQL for the logs but cannot see where this is?
ANy ideas?
Many thanks
