Hello,

I've just encountered this and I'm not seeing how/where to fix this... not sure whats causing this...

If you take any block on my site and override its page permission, then try to add permissions to the edit block field, it deletes all the permissions! Please see the attached video as it clearly displays the issue (probably better than I can type it).

This has put me at a stopping point for several things on this site. Any ideas how to fix this?
