Hello guys,

I need your help. AS the title said Help!!!! Site isn't he same size in android or Ipad.
I used the Elegancia theme. I'm kind of a noob, but someone told me to look in style.css. But is still don't know what to change.

I would very much appreciate your help.

Elegancia is a responsive theme, it adapts to the size of the user's screen to give the best experience.

Please describe you problem in more detail.

Thank you goodnightfirefly for your response.

The thing is that I want the site to have the same look on Android and Safari as it is now on the desktop.

Hello anielp26,
Before modifying your theme so it is no longer responsive, are you sure you want to do this? Shrinking a full size site down to a portable device often makes the text so small it is unreadable and navigation menus difficult to use. Also, Search Engines (like Google) effectively punish your placement if you do not have a "mobile version" (a responsive site is automatically mobile friendly).

I don't understand.

If u go tohttp://www.sendiks.com on Android or Safari, thats what I mean.
And if you go on my sitehttp://www.schoonheidssalon-senseofbeauty.com... you'll see what I mean.

They have used the same template as I did.
Already contacted the webmaster of thats site about 2 months, but he doesn't respond.

If I leave it like this it just looks weird, the width is totally off. And the slider, the eyecatcher, on which al my new discounts are on are missing. So it's kinda important.

Also if it's small on mobile devices, you can always zoom in, right?

Hi aniel26,
I'm pretty blind to your issue as we have not seen your site to compare to your examples
The sendiks.com site is responsive and the page layout definitely changes with different size screens. The schoonheidssalon-senseofbeauty.com link is broken or the site was down when I checked.
Happy to help... just not enough to work with not seeing your site and how it responds.

Dear Adrian.

Thank you for helping me! And thanks for pointing out that the link doesn't work.

The site is online, so i don't know why the link is broken. I made a mistake in the url. it isn't dot com, but dot nl (netherlands).
