I have purchased ExtendedForms to use for simply registration pages for an organization. The issue is the format of the form itself. Everything is vertical where some form items can be side by side (radial buttons for example). Names and addresses - indenting and placing the inputs at specific places on the page. How do I go about doing this? Everything I've seen seems very vertical in nature and not customizable as I would like. The package gives me the entry options I want, just not visually pleasing.
