Hide pages on iPhone navigation

My mobile nav consists of <option> tags, and each one has it's own class. I want to hide some of the pages due to the volume of pages to scroll through. So I put a display:none on the ones I want to hide. That works great on everything besides the iPhone. Does anybody know how this can be done?

Just to clarify, I'm talking about the fancy iPhone scrolly nav. See attachment.
