How to add a menu button without a page

Hello C5 users!
I have a drop down menu that can only expand by clicking on it.
The drop down button page itself cannot be accessed but concrete5.7 anyway creates a page.
So what happens is that concrete5.7 is creating an empty page which will be indexed by Google, Bing, Yahoo or other search engines.
How can I create a menu button without having an empty page but just a button?

Go to your sitemap and click on the menu item you want the new link to be under.
A small menu with options will show up. There you click "Add External Link".
