I donot have Private site login details

One of my friends, had a site developed in Concrete5 through somebody.
Now he wants me to do the changes and install few addons.

When I try to add a block to a newly created page I get the following error:

Warning: require_once(/home/magiled/public_html/packages/jb_register/blocks/jb_register/controller.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/magiled/public_html/concrete/core/libraries/loader.php on line 205

What could be wrong and what need to be done

It seems like an add-on called "Register User Pro" is being installed but somehow the directory called "jb_register" is not present into the packages directory. If you have the add-on, just upload it manually into the packages directory. Otherwise you need to ask the project owner to release that add-on from that project and re assign it again into that project so that the add-on will be available for install.

Any way to bypass the Addon.
If it remains, I will not be able to update the website.

i donot have the addon , and if i download it, is not a free version.
With project owner, you mean the developer of the addon or the project owner of the web site.

I mean the owner who have purchased the add-on for this site.
