Image "alt" tags

Hi C5,
I am going through my site with an SEO optimizer and am coming up short on images having any "alt tags".
Those images that have been added using the core image block are easy to fix because the block has a field to add that.
But most of the pictures on the site are viewed using a slider block, and the block has no field for adding an "alt" tag.
The file manager has a ton of fields, none of which is the "alt" tag (see screen capture attached).
How does one go about adding alt tags via the file manager? I've checked the documentation but found nothing.
Any help is most appreciated.
