Impossible to add blog entry

Hi,
I have an issue on my website, I can't add blog entry anymore. This bug just appear like that. When I click to add page, I click on blog entry, I can write my content in the form but when I click on Edition mode or save, the page on front of the website is still blank.
I try to update my concrete 5 and try to debug but I found nothing, no error or something like that.

Are you using 5.6 or 5.7? Did you check your server's PHP logs to see if you have a PHP error? Did you check your developer's console in your browser to see if you have a javascript error?
I'm on 5.7.5.8, I already tried to update the site to the last version but the bug is still there.

Did you check if it is a caching issue? Could be that simple...
Check whether blog entry is block or not?
