Internal Server Error?? Installation?

Hey, I am having a problem installing concrete5. After I hit the install button I get a 500 Internal Server Error??? What is causing this, what can I do?

If you have access to your server's logs, take a look at there. Reason may relate to file permissions or .htaccess file. Most commonly .htaccess, I think.

If you can't find the problem nor logs and you're using shared host, you can contact your host's technical support.
