I attached a screenshot that shows the up and down arrow buttons that control the image slider ordering.

Changing the size and position of images in the slider would require customizing the image slider.

BTW, you will dramatically improve page performance if you optimize your photos. Currently, your photos are in PNG format which is not suited for displaying photographic images on the web. Your homepage is 5.5MB and optimizing photos could reduce the total size to a small fraction of that.

- as PNG - 471 KB
- optimized and converted to JPG - 26KB
