There are some fileset listing and document management addons that could be used to list your files to a page, then manually copy/paste the list into an email. As a free starting point, have a look at:

If you want greater automation, you could also create such a list on a page using Magic Data. If you then added Magic Job you could schedule running the Magic Data and outputting the list to a file. With Black Magic Data (because that provides email integration), you could then automate the mailing of the list.
