Making Replies from Form Block with email notification go to the email address on form

I made a form block, for a contact us form, for a client, and they are being sent from my personal email. So when my client replies to these emails they are getting, they go to me, not to the person who filled out the form.

Is there a way I can change this to be how I want it?
