Malware

On 7 October 2010 I found MS Windows malware at:
http://www.concrete5.org/about/case_studies/sound-alfeld/...

* What is Concrete5 doing about malware?
* What can be said about the security of C5 coding?

nah nah, i deleted the page because he emailed it to me.

what it says about security on concrete5 is absolutely nothing. It's hardly our fault if someone ends up with some crap on their website. Typically this happens through someone having a virus on their computer and a password for FTP stored in a common client, but who knows.

there are no serious security holes in concrete5 today.

Great responses, Thank you.
This C5 is going to be my CMS.

That Sound-Alfeld Discotheque appears to have been not a C5 issue. Someone through a link on their site was pushing Windows Virus scan.
(thank goodness for Linux).

I think C5 code is secure and maintained with aggressive staffing. I'll be signing-up with one of your hosting packages.

And I will recommend Concrete5.
