Mass email or distribution list to email all accounts or a particular group

I am new to concrete5 and wondering if it supports mass email or distribution list to email all the accounts of a site and all accounts of a certain group.

Any info would help!

we don't have a bulk mailer built in, but yu can spit out user info or form submissions to CSV quite easily. integrate with mailchimp, constant contact, or whatever...

I don't see a way to filter users by group and the CSV does not seem to have a group column.
