Merging two concete instances to one instance

My concrete website is serving two instances , one for main website (likehttp://localhost/suresh) and another one is for blog purpose (http://localhost/sureshblog). But now i need to combine blog to main site such as database merging without affecting main sites content . How could i come out from this issue ?

This issue will be coming up for me as well in a few months so I'm interested to hear if anyone has done this, what their strategy was, and what their experiences were.

As of right now, I'm probably looking a hand-copying over 100+ pages, which I'm not looking forward to...
