Missing Editing Toolbar

I was working on changes to a page on my site. I uploaded a bunch of images to an add-on that I'm using, Smooth Scroller. After I saved those changes and approved the edits, the editing toolbar at the top of the page disappeared.

I can still log in to the site and I see the editing toolbar on other pages like normal, but when I navigate to the page where I made the changes the toolbar is missing.

I tried pulling up the site in another browser. I double-checked the page permissions. I tried reverting to an older version of that page, but the editing toolbar still doesn't show up on that page. If I navigate to another page, the toolbar shows up.

I'm not sure if the toolbar is missing because of the edits that I made or if there's another reason why the toolbar won't show up. Please help! Thanks.

This is usually caused by a PHP or Javascript error, if you look in your Developer Tools Console are there javascript errors?

So I see this (see attached) when I look at the site in Chrome. But I'm not really sure what to do.

Do you think that's still where the problem is though?

Thanks!

No, those are just missing images.

Can you provide a link to the page?

Let me know if you have trouble. This page is a work in progress, so we limited the permissions. I tried to reset them so you can access the link.

This link just takes me to the login page. Does your PHP Error log have anything in it when you access the page?

So unfortunately I don't have immediate access to the PHP error log. Is there anything else I can do or I can try to check in the meantime?

Thanks for all your help.
