Missing images in editor

Hi guys -
I've been banging my head on this for days! When editing a page or content block that contains an image, the editor shows only a placeholder and not the image.

We have not had this issue before and don't know what's causing it. We have a number of other concrete sites, none of which have this problem.

Can anyone help or suggest what might be causing this? It looks like a path issue but the images all display correctly when viewed on the page, only the editor makes them disappear.

Many thanks.

Any suggestions on this one guys? Our client is not impressed with having missing images in the editor... makes it more difficult for them to 'see' what they are editing too.

Here's a couple of screenshots of the visual and the code. The code looks perfectly fine to me when compared with other installations that are not suffering this issue.

Thanks.

Hi -
Appreciate your reply, but sadly no joy :-(

I followed a couple of other links with the same issue too but again, nothing resolving the issue for me.

One suggestions here:

talks about editing the download_file.php but its an old reply and the file contents don't marry up so I wasn't able to try that fix.
