MX and/or other DNS records

My employer had a website created with concrete5 (insightsintervention.com). I was hired to create a WordPress.com page with the same content. My final task is to map this old domain to our new WP one. I am completely lost and am in no way familiar with concrete5. This is what WP stated I need:

"Could you please provide me with the complete MX and/or other DNS records I will need to enter on WordPress.com’s end, so that my email on this domain will continue to function after my name servers have been updated?"

PLEASE HELP.

Thanks much,
Chrissie

This is not so much a concrete5 question as a hosting question, all of these records will be available to you through either your hosting provider's DNS settings or your Domain Registration DNS settings, these things are not set through Concrete5.

These links will tell you were they A record and MX records point, but they won't help with any other records that might be setup.
