Navigation menu of a simple site is not working

Is there anyone who can tell what to change in the settings of the navigation menu?

Dont know what kind of navigation it is, manual or page selector, but your nav links are wrong.

index.phpcid69

Needs to be
index.php?cID=69

Or preferably /contact or any other pretty url.

That I know, but where to change it?
It was a old site copied to a new server.

Does the nav generate the links automatically if you add a new page?

Probably some rewriting happening somewhere?
Depends on which block is installed or something happening in a template.
