New Here. Help with Home Page

The Default Theme doesn't have a HOME Link, so if I am on the Contact Us Page and I decide to go back to Home Page, I have to click on the Logo to do that.
I don't know what I am missing. I need help to have a Home link so I will not have a problem going back to the landing page.
Thanks.

you probably didn't add an auto nav block to your page yet.

Hi,
Thanks for the reply. Can you show the steps to make the home page link appear on the screen. This is my first time to use C5. I know it will take some time to fully understand it.

Thanks

I found that the Home page has been Excluded from navigation but I can can't remove that attribute. It 's default.

just to be sure it's not a language thing...
remove and uncheck are different ?

The answer from MrKDilkington in your other thread sounds correct.

I have not done anything to languages.
But why is the home page not shown by default?

@bookerzm

Did you follow these steps?

"If you are using the Elemental theme with sample content, the home page has the attribute "Exclude From Nav" enabled. The Exclude From Nav attribute excludes the home page from being included in the Auto-Nav block menu.

Navigate to the home page and open the Page Settings (gear icon) in the tool bar, click on on the Attributes link, then uncheck "Exclude From Nav". This will include the home page in the Auto-Nav block menu.

The home page link is now displaying in your navigation menu?

In the future, if you make a change and it doesn't appear to work, clear your cache.
