Page attribute tokens in content or HTML blocks?

When using either the content or HTML blocks, are "tokens" available to reference page attributes automatically? I'm envisioning something like handlebars/mustache templates.

An example:
<p>Welcome to {{page.title}}!</p> Where {{page.title}} is replaced automatically by the attribute.

If you get unexpected results, the first thing to suspect is the c5 cache. If the cache becomes a problem, you can substitute Cache Free Content (and HTML) blocks.
