We are having a strange problem with a client's site. We are having css issues and content block issues only in the client's office. For css on only one page of the site we are having rendering problems of the page not pulling in a background image file. This is happen in IE11, Firefox and Chrome, and it is only occurring in that office. There is also a problem when adding an inline link via the content box. When the text is highlighted and we click the add link button we get a page not found error. Again this is only happenimng at the client's office and again on all three browsers.

Any ideas on what may be happening?
