Problem with foreign newsfeeds

I love concrete5 and have built our bi-lingual scout site with hardly any problems. I do have a slight problem with displaying a newsfeed from the BBC.. The feed displays OK from their site athttp://www.bbc.co.uk/ukrainian/index.xml...
But on my site athttp://www.plast.org.uk/index.php/categories/ukinews/bbc_ukraine/... as you can see its not picking up the correct character encryption. Is there anything I can do?
