Project Pages projects do not relate to current site

I built my site (modelplanefoam.com) in C5 v5, and it worked well for years. My hosting company is upgrading to PHP v7.2 and up, which caused my site to go down. Since the site was so old and only 6 pages with any real content, I decided to wipe the old ones and rebuild by downloading C5 v8.5 and use PHPv7.2. I first built the new site as a subdomain (concreteV8) in the original site public_html directory. This site showed up on my projects page with correct name/url and C5 version. Today, I worked with the hosting tech support to clean up the public-html directory and raise the sub domain site to the primary domain (modelplanefoam.com) in the directory. All that went well (eventually) and I have a functional site. However that site doesn't show in my projects page even though I followed prompts to 'connect it to the community' (not sure exactly what that means). I still have the Concretev8 V8.5 site and the original (modelplanefoam.com V5.6). If I click on either of them, I get a version of the new site that has lost some of the formatting. It doesn't seem to make any difference what shows on the projects page, as the new site works ok. But I would like to have the correct site (modelplanefoam.com V8.5 show up on the project page and the others gone. How do I do that?
