Restict Users to Paste as plain txt only - (Content Block)

Good Afternoon Peeps
Ok having done a few corp sites now, and manage them, the proplem I have is Office staff have editor access, No problem they can't break to much..
I can't be the only one who seems to have problems with clients Copy and pasting from Word. (with formatiing) into the rich txt editor(content block & Composer ) on both News creation and content updates.
I belive the latest version uses "redactor" now their is an option with this to Force all txt to be striped back to plain txt.
Can you advise where if possible i can put this? and if you can add this as a option on the next version even better.
