In the tutorial for "Set Block Styles" the dialog box shows 5 options- Fonts,Backgrounds,Border,Spacing and CSS. My dialog box shows only 4 options- Fonts, Region, Spacing and CSS. I would like to be able to put background images in blocks. Why is this option not available?
