Things won't show up when i publish

Permalink 1 user found helpful
Hello,
I need some help! When i published my website it seems that global areas will not show up. I am new to concrete5. My header(site logo) and footer will not show up and my Navigation Bar looks like the standard one with all of the links showing. I have the Heywater theme and it should be displaying a black nav bar with drop down menus. Any ideas how i can fix this?
My website is : kmroadrunners.com

Make sure that the changes in your global area stacks are published.

See this page:
http://www.concrete5.org/documentation/using-concrete5/dashboard/st...

And particularly this image:

If you see the "Approve Changes" button in the top right corner of the stacks, click it and your changes will go live. You need to repeat this for all the stacks (i.e. Global Areas) that you're experiencing the problem with.

Just to be clear i have to go into the dashboard>then to my stacks> click into each stack> Click Approve Version?

This is an old thread I know!
But I just found it since I was having issues with GlobalArea's not displaying when not in edit mode.
This came to light for me because I'm moving away from a hard coded Nav/Banner.

As is suggested, Go to Dashboard>Stacks & Blocks>Stacks & Global Areas>Global Areas and approve all the global's that ain't showing one at a time.

Thanks!
