Hi, Can anyone please confirm they have the same as me below

vers 5.7.4.2 Elemental theme

1. Open file manager and choose Bridge.jpg Image.
2. Select properties and click on Thumbnails link 8
3. select Large Image 1140 x Automatic dimensions edit thumbnail
4. Edit image so width is 360 x 240
5. Click save. I now see the smaller image with black border
6. Close thumbnail images widow
7. Close properties window
8. Refresh page and check properties on above image
9. Clear cache
10. Thumbnail still shows original measurement no updates.
