Top edit bar is missing on unapproved pages

I'm experiencing a problem where the top edit bar is missing only on pages that are not approved. It looks like it also breaks all other javascripts on that page. Anybody ever see this before?
Sometimes my top bar will go missing in firefox as a result of some changes I made to the template. You might try to check this in another browser or clear your cache, that usually solves my problem. Hope that helps.
For anybody else that may find this, there was a conflict with the file jquery.easing.js
By changing the animation settings it eliminated that problem.

Thanks for your indication of the problem here – I have experienced this on a number of sites but never found the salutation, and indeed the sites experiencing the problem use the jquery easing plugin.
Having identified the problem, would you be able to tell me which settings i need to change to prevent the problem?

I didn't troubleshoot very much, just took the easy way out and set it to animate without easing. It doesn't look as polished to me, but it still looks good. Perhaps in the future if someone else hasn't figured it out by then I will go back and troubleshoot further.
