Urgent, please help: Locked out of Concrete 5

I was experiencing issues with users not being able to see certain pages. Checked the permissions and the groups included where admins and registered users. Removed registered users with the intention of re-adding the group in hopes that it would refresh and detect the new users. However, I cannot log in anymore "Page Forbidden, you are not authorized to access this page". Is there anything I can do to log back in?
