Users page inaccessible

Never mind. I just decided to start over. The path of least resistance, and perhaps the most learning.

After some goofing up "pretty URL's" and undoing it. Then upgrading to the latest on my host system at Dreamhost, my site is mostly working except when I click on "users" in the dashboard, I get the "no page could be found at this address" message. Screen shot attached. Should I run the upgrade again? Start over? My site is small enough that it wouldn't kill me to start over. Thanks for any fun ideas you all might have.
