There is nothing built in or in "the marketplace", but a very solid and good solution called Community Store here

Development is active and it's a very stable release. It's modular design allows for extendability as needed.

Don't forget that there is eCommerce with Snipcart in the marketplace, a lightweight solution if you're wanting to set something quickly with a few products or maybe to test the waters for potential sales:
