Whre to Change Default Font Size

Hi,
I installed concete5 V.8 with content. I would like change the default font size (make it greater), but could not find out where to do this.
Next I installed supermint and changed in the google Typ regular to 300, but nothing changed.
With the Texteditor its possible to choose Stil "Normal" and Normal with "div". Choosing normal nothing happens choosing normal "div" the size increase.
Where can I change the default font size, for the wole website,
a) in cloneamental or
b) in supermint
