When sending private messages using concrete5.org, white space including new lines is removed so the messages are reduced to show as a single long line.
Weeks ago I sent a message to support about this issue. It did seem to get resolved, although I haven't used PM's much lately, so I don't know if it has resurfaced. Honestly, I've experienced enough issues with PMs that I encourage direct email communication with existing and prospective customers. I just don't have a lot of confidence in C5.org's messaging system at this point.
