Copying a lot of pages / deleting a lot of pages -> script timeout

0 confirmed 0 invalid Browser Info Environment
If I copy a lot of pages (or pages with a lot of subpages) or delete a lot of pages (or pages with a lot of subpages) I run into a script timeout.

after a script timeout:

only some of the pages are copied or only the main page is deleted (but the subpages are still in the database)

there should be a way to prevent this!
