User Image/File Upload not saving or showing file

Permalink 1 0 Browser Info Environment
I just installed a fresh copy of 8.3.2 and this problem also happens in v8.3.1.

I added the Image/File attribute for users (/dashboard/system/attributes/types), created a new member Image/File attribute, and tried uploading a file. Both on the frontend and in the Dashboard (/dashboard/users/search/view/1) nothing seems to happen. There's no file name that shows in that field after it's saved and I can't seem to find the file anywhere in the file system or database.

Having the same problem using the latest version of concrete5 with a fresh install. The Image/File Attribute does not appear to upload a selected file or save the filename to the attribute. We originally added the Image/File attribute to the "Store Order" category with the Community Store package so that customers an upload a file during checkout and it actually worked a few times but then stopped working after adding a second image/file attribute for orders. We thought this was an issue with the community store but we tried adding the Image/File attribute as a page attribute and have the same problem.

Any help here would be much appreciated as this functionality is important for our solution.
