Block Areas

All your in-context editing is performed in Block Areas. These areas hold the content and functionality blocks that make up your web pages.  
Just put the page in Edit Mode, mouse over a block area and click.
You'll get this add block interface

  • Add Block lets you create a new block from the list of installed blocks on your site. 
  • Paste from Scrapbook lets you reuse blocks you've made elsewhere on your site. First just click an existing block and add it to your scrapbook. 
  • Layouts let you chop block areas into smaller columns. You should use them sparingly. 
  • Design lets you override the CSS for this part of the page.

Wrong link

The "Design" link on the "Block Areas" page goes to Page Design rather than Block Design. The "Design" link in the outline goes to the correct place.

Moving of blocks

Hi, I try to move a block from position 1 to f.e. position 2. I open the moving thing in clicking on the double arrow, but I am not able to move the block above the first block. But I get the mark "position store ?". Sorry - maybe the translations…
