Video Player

The video block allows you to easily add videos to your page.
You can upload videos in the following formats:

SWF/FLV
WMV
MPEG
AVI
Quicktime(Mov)

The height and width parameters control how large (in pixels) the video will be on the page.

I uploaded a .mov file to file manager and then inserted into the video player block, but the video won't show up.
