Dashboard

You can easily edit and add content with in-page editing using concrete5, but sometimes you really just do need to do some centralized work. If you want to add users, change site wide settings, rearrange big chunks of your site - all that big picture stuff, you want the Dashboard. 
The dashboard is where you control your site's behind-the-scenes functionality, and can be accessed via a button in the top right on the edit bar.
