the upgrade from 5.3.2 to 5.3.3 failed on our systems using a wamp stack. We then attempted a fresh install of 5.3.3 on the wamp stack and seem to be having issues with the install.in Firefox the requirements test hangs on testing the support for request URLS and shows JavaScript as not being enabled. JavaScript is enabled.
same issue in MSIE 8 and in IE 8 in compatibility mode
the install seemed to complete fine using chrome.
in chrome, all test requirements pass
the upgrade path worked fine on a LAMP instance

i did the upgrade and i get this error: Warning: Call-time pass-by-reference has been deprecated; If you would like to pass it by reference, modify the declaration of [runtime function name](). If you would like to enable call-time pass-by-reference, you can set allow_call_time_pass_reference to true in your INI file in E:\domains\f\fassolas.com\user\htdocs\riff\concrete\models\attribute\key.php on line 248
any ideas?
