Buggy on multiple questions

I have a survey of about 50 questions, each questions with a dropdown answers and weightings per dropdown option.
I attempted to use this add on but it proved very buggy. When I load questions and check in the db - its reflecting as multiple questions. Is there a way to bulk load questions (T-SQL, csv).
Did I miss an update or does this not scale to loads of questions?
