Restrict by ip-address

Hello,
We have a simple voting/survey where we ask users to choose (vote) between 3 options (Option A, Option B, Option C) using radio buttons.
Q1: We need to restrict users to vote based on their ip-address or other options (similar to your Thumbs Up Voting system). How do we do that?
Q2: Also, we would like to redirect user to a 'Thank you page'. Is it possible to show on the redirect page what option they selected?

Unfortunately we cannot use your solution since it does not have ip-address limitation and we don't have budget to spend on customization. We were initially thinking of buying your Thumbs Up solution because it contained that feature, but when we noticed your ad for the Advanced Survey, we assumed it contained this sort of core functionality for surveys (after all, it is called Advanced Survey). Therefore we ask for full refund of the license because we can not use it for our project.

The marketplace description is accurate for the advanced survey addon. We also include comprehensive screenshots so you can see exactly what you're getting. And we also answer pre-date questions quickly.
The c5 marketplace terms don't cover a refund if you assumed features that don't exist. So you're not entitled a refund. But I'm able to offer you a free license for another addon of ours as a sign of goodwill.
