Survey report not going to email of survey taker

Hi,
I have another challenge with the survey(!)
The survey report is not being sent to the user following completion. This is important for value of this survey so I'd really appreciate your support with this.
The email is captured at the beginning of the survey and I'm instructing the block to 'Use email from Survey Form' but it's not arriving. I am getting notified that a survey has been completed and I appear to be receiving the email that should be sent to the user but without the user's email address in the To field.
I wonder if there is a mix-up on the code of this so that the emails get sent in the wrong direction.

Hi Rob,
I found it. It seems to ignore the email input when it's not set to required. If you set it to require then the details should get sent fine. Anyway, I've just uploaded the latest fixes to this. Kindly update your copy to the latest version and don't forget to clear your C5 cache.
