Total Score Message displaying sporadically

Permalink Browser Info Environment
JB, JZ,

I have a significant issue which I would class as severe.

TOTAL SCORE DISPLAYING SPORADICALLY

In test runs of the survey the total score message is displaying sporadically. I have reviewed on both the latest Safari and Firefox browsers but don't always see the end message. This would make the user think that the survey hadn't been completed which would result in a bad experience for them.

The survey can be found atwww.www.robinhallhr.com/powerupyourpeople...

Thanks for your help

Rob.

Hi Rob,

I've been testing this on my local machine but couldn't seem to replicate it. Can I do submits on your survey form? If not, is there a development version of your site so I can do dummy submissions?

Hi JZ,

Please do use the live site - its in beta at the moment so your input won't effect the running of it.

Thanks

Rob

Hi Rob,

I got stuck on this and still currently figuring out what is causing it to fail. Can I create a dummy hidden page on your site? I'm guessing this has something to do with your theme because I can't replicate it using default themes.

JZ,

I'm getting a consistent and expected experience with the report now. Not sure what has changed.

Hi Rob,

I'm guessing your C5 has cleared your previous cache which is why you are getting the correct score. So I think the problem was you weren't able to clear your cache previously which is why it is still getting the old score data.
