Bulk import users from a CSV, complete with attribute and group management.

FEATURES:

• Includes the ability to import user attribute data (including address attributes)
• Also includes the ability to choose multiple groups to import the users into
• Add-on simply adds a new tab called "Import" to your "Users and Groups" screen
