  • Ability to select to export only users within specified groups
  • Ability to move users to another C5 install (with companion add-on)
  • A history of all exports run for easy re-downloading

What does this add-on do?
Concrete5 currently lacks a bulk export of members (users).  All Out by ampersandApps is there to help any site administrator export a large number of members from the system to a CSV.

What’s a CSV?
Think spreadsheet. But, like, a super simple version of one. What it really stands for is Comma Separated Values and the document (file) ends with the extension “.csv” — now you know.

You can open/modify/filter your exported CSV in most spreadsheet programs. Ones like ExcelNumbersOpenOfficeGoogle Sheets.

Where do I go to use this add-on?
Go to Dashboard > Members > Export

How many users can I export?
In theory, it should be really unlimited. It’s been tested with a 1000 users, which can take a couple of minutes.

Can I export user attributes that I’ve created?
Absolutely. Just select the ones you would like to export.

The following attribute types are supported:
  • Text
  • Text Area
  • Checkbox
  • Date/Time
  • Number
  • Select
  • Address
  • Phone
  • Email
  • URL

How do I import the users that I’ve exported?
You can use our companion add-on “All In.” The CSV exported specifically formats the CSV to be easily imported by “All In.”

Anything else I should know?
So far, just one thing. Superusers (the administrator account created when installing Concrete5) is ignored when running an export.
