After having my original site developer build my site with Scott's blog, and having an additional developer modify the code to suit my needs, I entered close to 1,000 entries to the blog tool. It was working great on the back-end but not on the front-end. I was getting errors and couldn't load the blog page.
Scott responded in less than an hour, delved into my site after my original post, and had the problem fixed the next day... even though the issue wasn't with his blog tool! The issue was with my server, but no one else seemed to think of that.
He was quick, knowledgeable, and I have appreciated his help so much. He gave me answers in terms I could understand and implement.
I would recommend his work to anyone without hesitation.

Quality, but lacking some small things
This has enabled me to incorporate quite detailed blogs into my site, and I'm very grateful to the guys for making this...however I do have a couple of requests:
It's very difficult to edit posts once they've been posted. It'd be great to have complete access to a post after it's been posted, the same level of access as you have when you're initially writing the post. You can't, for instance, change tags or categories once a blog is posted. It's also a bit complex to figure out when you're just starting to use it. There are many options (which is good) it's just that they don't seem to be organised very well/and sometimes aren't explained in quite enough detail. Please do keep working on this, thanks very much guys!

Great Addon
Great addon, easy to use and configure. The only thing I wished was that your pages werern't put in so many folders, it makes the url pretty long, and im not sure how it is seo wise.

A Great Start, one usability issue
Great work on integrating a blog into Concrete5. It works well overall, but my biggest complaint is the truncation of posts. Other blogging platforms allow you to cap post previews on a blog archive page by character limit (for example, after teasing 200 characters of a post on a list page, you see a "read more" link- this allows users to scan recent posts). However, this block does truncation by a user inserted "<hr class="breakpoint">" tag for a breakpoint. Not only is it difficult for my clients to remember to insert this breakpoint before posting (it's not required), it's also difficult for them to edit the break point once it's inserted without going into the html code. This system creates pains for my clients and myself, since post previews are now constantly shifting in size. Would be much more intuitive to cut previews off after a character limit.

Great powerful add on for both news and blog purpose!
This is one of the best add ons I've spent money on buying.. this add on really gives value to my site, as the blog add on both can be used as a regular blog, but certainly also as a news archieve... this add on covers alot of features that is very useful in these matters.. I was having only one lack of feature, to get the opportunity to add thumbnail pictures to the posts - but after 10 minutes chat with Scott, he had already made that for me... exceptional service, I really appreciate that!
I can only give my warmest recommends for everyone who needs a news / blog package for C5 to buy this add on!!
Great work Scott!

Great Blogging App
Really good Blog Addon. Perfect for sites that need to publish multiple blogs to different sections of a website or in different categories. Also perfect for sites that have multiple Blog contributors.

Besides the big error on Installation
This Package seems to work fine besides the big error on installation that I'm trying to fix. Its a great attempt at integrating a blog into a cms.
I couldn't have done any better.

Has come a long way
I have been using this blog for a long time now. It was an "almost there" blog to a very solid blog. One of the keys for me is I have been converting people from Word Press and although they love the in page editing of C5 they really like have a place to go on the back end to post a blog. It is what they are used to and it takes little training to get them going.
Would like to see the truncating of post by word count as opposed to the tag, but hey not too bad.

Half done
This is a noble attempt at porting a blog to C5, but there is much lacking. Category management is unworkable.

Jereme and Scott C are Great!
I needed a solution to replace a parent update system that cost our school (really parents) $700 a year. The blog, coupled with a $14 a month service, Feedblitz, I can have authorized or school staff enter information and it apprears on a mailed newsletter and on the site. Plus, with filtering, I can customize pages. Oh, sure I could do this with WordPress, etc., but this fits in seemlessly to our website. What's more, Scott and Jereme have been wonderful working with me (into the wee hours at times) when unexpected bugs do arise--as they do when you have any new product no matter how thoroughly you test. If you haven't heard from Scott or Jereme, give them another buzz-things do get lost in the shuffle. Plus, they have been responsive about adding new features. Great job, guys!

If you make any revisions to your blog post, that blog post will appear multiple times on your blog summary page.

Bad Customer Service!
I have purchased this add-on about 2 weeks ago. But it crashed and I couldn't get it to work when I tried to install. I called for a help. They replied right away promising to take a look. After 11 days I am still waiting someone to fix the bug so that I can deliver the work.

Blog is great
Perfect way of adding a blog to your site.
Install was a breeze like most C5 Add-Ons.
Only one remark, in Blog view (Dashbord or Editing mode) the paragraph function is working. So space betweem the text.
In the site it's all in one paragraph?
What did i do wrong.

KUDO's and thanks so much ScottC and Jereme
Well it is finally here!!!
I have installed already on my site and adding it to clients site as soon as I finish with this statements.
1. Very easy to install and configure!! Since it falls right into the other features of C5 it is a great thing. Was up and running in under 10 minutes.
2. Clients will like the easy interface and ease of monitoring and updating the information.
3. Easy to manage with no crazy additional administrative areas.
Having said those 3 things, with the help of the international community of C5, I am sure Scott and Jereme will be able to address multi-lingual issues as time permits. Any known bug that was identified in the original release is being worked on immediately so the core features of this add-on work across the board.
I am very impressed and give this add-on a 5!!
Thanks guys
Bill

Word Press Replacement
Excellent blog, covers all the blogging basics and integrates seamlessly with C5.
After downloading, installing and testing (20 minutes), we determined that we can discontinue our Word Press account, and use this blog on our websites:
This is a really good package that is simple, well done and do the job. Now, C5 users, we have no excuse... after all the time we were waiting for this feature.
Great works, I recommand it.
Cheers!

Great application -- check out Stoneyard.com's Blog
As I have often said in the forums, I see "blogging" as more of a verb than a noun. To me its the ability to have a safe admin dashboard where you can preview posts with the feeling that they wont accidentally go live. This add-on delivers on that promise, and finally gives shops that might have clients who demand a "blog" something to fit the bill..
As always, you can customize the front end however you like, and of course it will work with any other concrete5 block to make something unique.
Now when the CEO says he wants to "blog" you can say, "sure, here's a custom UI just for you."
