Q: The Bounce Box is being displayed behind elements on my site (such as the navigation menu or main body).
A: This is relatively rare, but if your custom theme contains elements with "unfriendly" z-index values or absolute positioning, it may clash. Not to worry, just submit a support request and include a link to your page where the block has been installed and we'll help solve it.
